At Bel-Red Vision Clinic we strive to go above and beyond. Our primary goal is to deliver consistent, excellent care to our patients.

Appointments

Please arrive five to ten minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out any necessary paperwork. We value our patients’ busy schedules; therefore if you will be late for your appointment please call our office to let us know. In some situations we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure all patients will be seen in a timely manner.

Insurance and Fees

As a courtesy, we will verify your vision benefits prior to your appointment. This is not a guarantee of payment by your insurance provider. Any charges not covered by your insurance plan are due at the time of service.

Glasses

All of our frames include a one year manufacturer warranty. This warranty covers any manufacturer defects. If you have an issue with a frame you purchased at our office, please bring it in for our optician to look at. Often times, repairs can be done in our office which avoids having to purchase a new frame.

Lenses ordered with anti-reflective treatments include a one year warranty for scratches. Lenses ordered without this treatment are much less durable and are not covered. Anti-reflective treatments are beneficial for more than scratch resistance. They provide better vision by reducing glare. In addition, many treatments available include an additional filter to protect your eyes from harmful blue light emitted from electronic devices such as computers, tablets, and cell phones.

Glasses orders are submitted to our labs the same day. In the rare event that you choose to cancel your order, please understand that this may not be possible without a charge. There is a small amount of time before your order will be started at the lab and cannot be canceled.

Contact Lenses

Contact lenses purchased through our office may be exchanged as long as the boxes are unopened and not expired.
